Production of juice, purées, concentrates, flavourings & elderflower extract

We press berries for purées and juice. Much of the juice is evaporated into concentrate, which we also use to produce natural flavourings. We make elderflower extract in exactly the same way it is made at home in the kitchen, by steeping elderflowers in a solution of sugar, water and lemon, chilling the mixture and leaving it to infuse while stirring occasionally.


As a new service, we offer to bottle customers’ finished beverages, either solely as private label products or as part of a complete solution where we develop, produce and bottle the product. Beverages are bottled in 60 ml shot bottles or larger bottles ranging from 200–1,000 ml. Immediately after bottling, we cool the bottles by running them through our cold room and freezer to preserve the exquisite colours of the products.

Extraction and berry powders

We are currently expanding the plant to allow us to extract active substances from berries and herbs come autumn 2017. This will also enable us to produce berry powder using very gentle machinery, ensuring a high quality product. Production will take place in close cooperation with Asiros A/S in Skovlunde (Denmark), which has several patented technologies and products.
